Earlier we looked at the theory behind the actus reus of murder. Now we need to look in more depth at the cases supporting this theory.
You will need to find the facts of the case and the principle that was set out in it. Produce a leaflet to go with your findings.
You will then present your case facts to the class, who must pay attention and take notes, as you will all then be tested.
